These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Final Factor AI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Service description
Final Factor AI provides AI-powered document extraction, analysis, summarization, and related tools. Features, limits, and availability may vary by plan and may change over time as we improve the platform.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
Reverse engineer or misuse the service except where permitted by law
Interfere with platform performance, security, or other users
Use the service to process documents you do not have the right to use
Your content
You retain ownership of documents and other content you submit. You grant Final Factor AI a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload and process your content through the platform.
AI output disclaimer
AI-generated summaries, extractions, and insights are provided for informational purposes only. Outputs may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them for legal, financial, compliance, or other critical decisions.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout or in your account. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing for subsequent billing periods.
Free trial
If you start a free trial, access may convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand. Trial eligibility and features are determined at our discretion.
Intellectual property
Final Factor AI and its software, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or underlying technology except as needed to use the service.
Confidentiality and security
We implement safeguards designed to protect customer data, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for configuring retention settings and access controls appropriate for your organization.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or fail to pay applicable fees.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Final Factor AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory local law applies.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
